A Real Update… Really!

Well let me start this off by informing your audio recepticles that I, Joshua Snow Hawks, Lord of All Things That Look Vauegly Like a Puppy In Very Specific Light, have been living in South Korea for exactly one month! And I didn’t die a long the way!

Huzzah!

Life has fundamentally been the same, except for the fact that I met an awesome Canadian gal. And we get along amazingly.

Which, of course, means she’s moving back to Canada tomorrow.

But we did go out with her friends this past weekend and had way too much cheap booze and also went to “Nolebang” which is where you get into a private room, pick a song, and sing to your heart’s content. Awkwardly. And Loudly.

Very, very loudly.

I don’t remember a whole hell of a lot of it, so forgive me if the details are sparse. I’ll try and update this thing more often.

Really!

About kylock

Man, biographies are really hard to write because sometimes you just don't know what to write about and then you ramble on pointlessly for a while about your hobbies (video games, reading, programming) and end up boring your readers because they expect something witty and insightful (there are only two ways to save money, neither of which involves hookers) and then readership falls off and you cry yourself to sleep.

Your explanation for nolebang was not at all what I pictured when you first mentioned it.

mostly because it has the word bang in it

so…koreans like to sing loudly and awkwardly…but only in private settings???
